Delivery Policy

All INDURA services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

Reports & Assessments Solar feasibility reports and written assessments are delivered by email to the address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery typically occurs within 3–5 business days of receiving your completed property questionnaire and any supporting information requested.

Consultations Online consultations are scheduled by mutual agreement following purchase. You will receive a booking confirmation by email with a link to join your session.

Digital Delivery All documents are provided in PDF format via email. If you do not receive your report or booking confirmation within the expected timeframe, please check your spam folder and contact us at [your contact email].
