1. About INDURA
INDURA (Independent, Unbiased, Renewable Advice) provides independent advisory services to Irish homeowners on solar PV systems, battery storage, SEAI grants, energy provider switching and the Clean Export Guarantee. We do not sell solar equipment or receive commissions from installers. Our advice is entirely independent.
2. Digital Fulfillment
All products sold on Indura.ie are strictly digital goods, delivered via electronic means (direct download links, email delivery, or instant account access). There is no physical inventory, no shipping process, and no delivery fees applied at checkout.
3. Our Services
Our services are advisory in nature. We provide information, assessments, and reports to help you make informed decisions. We do not install equipment, manage projects, or act as a contractor. Engagement with any installer or supplier following our advice is entirely at your own discretion.
4. Not Financial or Legal Advice
Our services do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Payback timelines, savings estimates, and grant eligibility information are provided in good faith based on current available data but may vary. You should seek independent financial or legal advice where appropriate.
5. Payments
All services are priced transparently and payable in full at the time of booking. Prices are in Euro (€) and inclusive of any applicable VAT.
6. All Sales Are Final
Due to the immediate delivery and reproducible nature of digital content, all transactions on Indura.ie are final. Once an order is submitted and payment is processed:
- The order cannot be cancelled or modified.
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for change-of-mind purchases.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital access is granted immediately and waive any right to cancel or request a refund on that basis.
7. Product Integrity & Technical Issues
We are committed to ensuring you receive a functional product. If you experience any of the following, contact us immediately at Info@Indura.ie:
- Broken or corrupted download links
- Inability to access your digital file
- Major technical defects in the product itself
We will evaluate the issue promptly and provide a working, corrected version where applicable.
8. Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure our advice reflects current SEAI grant rates, VAT rules, and Clean Export Guarantee tariffs. However, these are subject to change by government or regulatory bodies and we cannot guarantee ongoing accuracy beyond the date of your report.
9. Limitation of Liability
INDURA's liability is limited to the value of the service purchased. We are not liable for any decisions made based on our advice, including choices of installer, system size, or financial commitments.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
